UPON ORDERING we will send you a short questionnaire via email – please fill it in and send it back via email along with as much detail you can regarding the following:
• Photos of the space, wall, room you are planning to renovate. and pictures of the surroundings so I can better understand the space and mood of the room.
• Likes and dislikes. (what you want to leave as is and what you want to change).
• How do you plan on using this space. e.g how many people will use it and its purpose.
• What is your total budget for the space? Your figure should include everything – furniture, window treatments, flooring, rugs, paint, accessories etc.
• Photos of any items you already own that you want to use in this new space.
• Colour and style preference.
• Inspiration pictures for how you’d like the space to look, or of rooms you really like.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

Important note:
– Since this is a virtual design service via email, you will handle executing the design in your space.
– Kitchens, studies and bathrooms are not included – these are complex spaces that require our full design service package.
– Due to the intensive nature of design, current turnaround is 20 – 25 business days from receipt of questionnaire and ALL requested documents.
– It is advisable to first obtain samples of suggested paint colour or wallpaper before purchasing in order to ensure a shade/colour fit.
– Custom designed cabinetry or furniture is not included.
– The more information you give me, the better!
– Shopping list is not mandatory.
– Your cooperation and fast response are recommended to ensure speedy delivery of your project.
